Shipping Policy

  • All Trak Racer orders are shipped by the fastest and safest method. Please allow between 5-10 business days for delivery. Shipping charges will vary depending on the size of your order and your shipping destination. Please advise your phone number at checkout so we can get in touch with you if there is any problem.
  • Please make sure someone will be available to receive your order, otherwise, your package may be diverted to your local post office or to your local shipping depot. We recommend all deliveries are sent to a business address to avoid any re-delivery charges.
  • Trak Racer will ship to confirmed addresses only.
  • If an item runs out of stock before your order is processed, a refund will be offered via the same means as your original payment.
  • Order Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) - where an item is out of stock, we will endeavour to provide an approximate ETA. ETA's should be used as a guide only, as it is an estimate and this timeline can be impacted by unforeseen factors due to the nature of international supply chains. We will advise if there are significant changes to any previous stated ETA and work with you accordingly.
  • The buyer is responsible for any destination import tax/charges (if applicable).

Our Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Trak Racer product. If something is not quite right, then get in contact with us and we will sort it out for you. If you are not completely happy with your purchase you can return it to us provided the following conditions are met:

  • You must return your order within 14 days of the dispatch date.
  • The item/s must be unused and not previously installed.
  • All accessories must be returned.
  • If the item/s have been used a restocking fee may apply following a detailed inspection.
  • Internal/external damage has not been caused due to improper installation, misuse or incorrect service.

Making a Return

To return merchandise simply complete the Return Authorisation form available by first emailing support@trakracer.eu along with a detailed explanation of the problem and photos/videos if you think this will help us understand the problem. The completed form will need to be enclosed with your securely packed order and posted back to the address on the Return Authorisation form provided. Please ensure adequate postage is affixed, as Cash on Delivery returns will not be accepted.

We also recommend you send your return back via a trackable method of postage, as Trak Racer will not be responsible for lost or missing parcels, and all goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. IMPORTANT: Returns without a Return Authorisation form included will be returned to at the customer’s expense.

Return Credits

We will credit your original method of payment, excluding postage charges unless otherwise agreed to. The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse and checked. Goods must be 100% complete and in the same condition you received them in. Please note that it may take up to 4 working days for the refunds to show in your account.

Faulty Items

Trak Racer does its best to ensure that all customers receive top quality and faultless products. In the situation where you believe that a product is faulty, or different from the description provided on the website, please contact support@trakracer.eu, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If you feel that your return falls outside of our policy, then please contact the Trak Racer Support via support@trakracer.eu. If you feel that photos or videos of the problem will help Trak Racer in the first instance please ensure these are included in your first communication to support@trakracer.eu. We want to make sure that you are happy with your Trak Racer purchase so in the event of an issue, we'll work with you to resolve.

International Returns:

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.

Products must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Products that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Custom or special order items are not eligible for return or exchange.

    TRAK RACER TR80 mk5 PROFESSIONAL RACING COCKPIT with formula & gt hybrid pedal plate

    The TR80 offers the most features in the range, with a small footprint. The TR80 was the first rig in the industry to offer a Formula/GT Hybrid Pedal Plate as standard and includes expected accessories such as a seat slider and rigid shifter mount. From 2008 we have learnt a lot in the sim rig space to give beginner and professional sim racers exactly what they need, for the right price.

    Trak Racer cockpits use thicker aluminium profile walls than the competition and include heavier duty brackets and a better-designed chassis for extra rigidity in the wheel mount uprights. It's Strong, Extremely Adjustable, and has a huge list of available accessories. In the usual Trak Racer way, we gathered customer feedback from thousands of customers to develop the TR80.

    Formula & gt hybrid PEDAL MOUNT

    The TR80 MK5 has been improved to withstand hundreds of kilograms in braking force without flex. As a standard issue, TR80 is equipped with a quick-change hybrid pedal plate that allows you to race with your feet up (in formula position) or down in the GT position. The choice is yours and it’s included in the price!

    TR One Wheel Mount – the new benchmark in Sim Racing

    The TR One Wheel System is a Future Proof Wheel Mounting System that allows you to upgrade by replacing only a part of the mount depending on what wheel base you mount. Fully Adjustable and ready for anything you want to add to it.

    Rigid & ADJUSTABLE Wheel Plate

    Select the Trak Racer Wheel Plate to suit most belt-drive and direct drive wheels on the market. It’s full adjustable and won’t cause any flexing issues; no matter how much torque you want to punish it with!

    TR One Expandable Shifter Mount

    The TR Gen 2 shifter mount has been strengthened by completely over-hauling the design and increasing the thickness of the mount – it also has a fine-tune slide adjustment!

    TR has even created new mounts for other peripherals including handbrake and flight sim mounts that will add directly onto the side of the plate, or of course to any 8mm aluminum profile.

    TR80 MK5 RACING SIMULATOR OVERVIEW

    The TR80 MK5 is a unique beast with a hybrid pedal plate and has been designed with experience gained since Trak Racer started in 2008. The base structure is 80 × 40mm high-end aluminium T-Slot extruded profile, anodized in black. Your choice of wheel mount will be supported by 80 × 40mm high-end aluminium T-Slot extruded profile wheel uprights, also anodized in black and supported with Trak Racer-Signature Corner Brackets - mounted to the side for additional support.

    Heavy-duty anodized black 90-degree brackets connect the frame and laser cut carbon steel plates allow you to attach your peripherals. The TR80 MK5 supports the strongest Direct Drive Force Feedback systems on the market and of course, is also Belt Drive Wheel Ready.

    The TR80 MK5 is pre-drilled and for all popular steering wheels, pedals and shifters on the market and comes with your choice of 5 Stiffened Wheel Mounts for No-Flex Racing as well as options for pedal deck, shifter mount and more.

    About the TR One Wheel Mounting System

    The TR One Wheel System will allow you to only purchase the parts you need, as you change wheel bases.

    The base kit consists of 2 High-Quality 80x40mm Aluminium Profiles and 4 Red (or black) Anodised Aluminium Plates. Optional wheel mounts include a wheel deck and direct-drive front mounting plate. The plates themselves are extremely rigid and have a lot of adjustment for angle and forward/backwards fine-tuning - to get a perfect position!
